A 3 Dimensional Painting

I Had a really beautiful experience I want to share......Sunday after church and it had been a very powerful sacrament meeting, sunday school studying Isaiah and wonderful lesson in Relief Society which is the women's hour......... and as the sun was going down I was out in the yard still in my church dress and there were beautiful breezes the ones that are so soft on your skin...and nature was calling..come look over here.......I went to get not a camera but a chair.....I immersed myself in the beauty of the sky as if it were a movie......The pink clouds had sunlit edges and were drifting and floating slowly across the sky carried by the soft southern breezes.... everything, the sky, the clouds, were all in layers just like a painting!!!!! as I sat there in total peace and blissfully content, one lone bird flew across my magnificent picture!! tying it all together in a 3 dimensional sort of way!!!!! It was a beautiful catch your breath moment, and only for a moment, if I were not still and waiting I would have missed it!!!!!! there was no other birds as my next thought was oh there will be many birds fly across but no there were not.... only this one.....A gift From Heavenly Father to me, this painting. oh how thankful I am ♥

A.A. Thought for the Day

Continuing the consideration of the term spiritual experience: "The acquiring of an immediate and overwhelming God consciousness, resulting in a dramatic transformation, though frequent, is by no means the rule. Most of our spiritual experiences are of the educational variety, and they develop slowly over a period of time. Quite often friends of newcomers are aware of the difference long before they are themselves. They finally realize that they have undergone a profound alteration in their reaction to life and that such a change could hardly have been brought about by themselves alone." Is my outlook on life changing for the better?

Meditation for the Day

Look at the world as your Father's house. Think of all people you meet as guests in your Father's house, to be treated with love and consideration. Look at yourself as a servant in your Father's house, as a servant of all. Think of no work as beneath you. Be ever ready to do all you can for others who need your help. There is gladness in God's service. There is much satisfaction in serving the highest that you know. Express your love for God in service to all who are living with you in your Father's house.

Prayer for the Day

I pray that I may serve others out of gratitude to God. I pray that my work may be a small repayment for His grace so freely given me.

A whisper soft kiss felt amidst a conversational gathering. yet not their lips but their spirits embrace.....this one eternal moment of reaching deeply..... into the heart of a far away place....they who have lost their way are found in this dance.... and have yet still a glimpse... of one more chance.... her eyes looked lovingly up from a dream...your soul tells the story from the depths of your blue..... the aching longing the pleadings of you............... A yearning to believe.... they are not wrong.... they are different ..........change.......KJB
